Chris De Kimpe

Chris De Kimpe used to be in charge of the Ghent City Pedagogical Guidance Centre for childcare. As VBJK, this centre has always been working on innovations in childcare. The Centre’s pedagogical coaches and VBJK have often been, and still are, partners in deepening and strengthening pedagogical quality in the city’s childcare and out of school care centres.

Her retirement didn’t put a stop to this cooperation. On the contrary, Chris is now working as a volunteer for VBJK: she offers advice in projects, gives content and editing support in publications and enforces the team in international networks and events.
