One of the conditions for high quality ECEC is the permanent professional development of the people who work there. What kind of CPD and in-service training gives positive results? What is the meaning of lifelong learning in terms of quality in ECEC provision?
VBJK delivers a systematic review: a study to compare and analyse all European research on this issue.
Giving practitioners in ECEC an opportunity to learn by reflecting on practice, while this process is being supported by a pedagogical coach and a scientifically proven framework, gives them the chance to grow and develop professionally. This is why VBJK frequently engages in projects and research and in participative and process oriented trajectories, as we want innovations to be structural and not ad hoc.
