KOALA | Meeting places and day care centres create opportunities together
KOALA is an ambitious 10-year project. The acronym stands for Child and Parent Activities for Local Poverty Alleviation.
The focus is on families in socially vulnerable situations. How can we create a quality, structural offer at local level in order to increase the social participation of expectant families and families with children aged 0 to 3?
